Example
Example: Fan Card
Imagine an artist sharing a fan card after a show, in their bio, and with their email list. Fans save it because it feels like joining the closer circle, not signing up for another random list.
What the pass includes
The pass could include the artist name, fan name, member ID, join date, tier, and a link to music, merch, tickets, or community.
The card should feel official and easy to understand at a glance. It does not need to hold the whole fan club.
How to share it
Put the claim link in your bio, announce it in a post, print a QR code for shows, or send it to your email list.
The ask can be simple: save the card for early drops, show updates, rewards, or first access.
What to send later
Send a welcome message after someone joins, a drop alert when something launches, and a venue reminder when they are near a show.
This works best when the messages feel like moments fans would have wanted to know about anyway.
